In 1935, the United States enacted the Social Security program under
President Roosevelt, to provide old-age and unemloyment insurance for US citizens. That same year,Central California Implement Company in Tulare, CA started business by providing their own insurance of commitment and service to the farmers in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.

The dealership is in it's third location at 1480 W. Inyo, and has been located there since 1972. In November of 1975, current owner and manager William Longan purchased the business  and continued Central California Implement's history.  

Central California Implement was started by R. V. (Rosco) and Al
Richardson. These two brothers were originally from Porterville, CA. Their major line was Case farm equipment which they had until 1967. Currently, Central California Implement provides "short lines" to their customers, including products from Solex, Gearmore, Meyer West, Servis-Rhino, Landpride, Great Plains, Nikkel Iron, TATU, Wasco, Polaris, and Strathmore Machinery. They also sell and supply a great deal of agricultural seeds, including alfalfa, grains, forages, and corn from such major brands suppliers as ABI Alfalfa, Pioneer, Germains, Northrup King, and Lockwood.
